Bubbly Smoke and Flower Cocktail

I always throw a holiday party for our writer friends, but this year, with COVID, that’s not happening. I am so sad, it’s always the highlight of my year. I thought I’d share what the cocktail would have been, just for fun.

Ingredients:

• 1 part unpeated Scotch

• 1/4 part Smoky Scotch

• 1/2 part St. Germain

• 1/2 part lemon juice

• champagne


Directions:

1. Mix in a shaker, pour over ice in a lowball glass.

2. Add champagne of choice to fill the glass.
