Thoughts: Surprisingly bright and fresh. Tons of personality for a lighter Bordeaux.

Pairings: Great for white fish if you’re not into a white or rose, chicken, and saffron.

Pairings: Will hold up well against steak frites, salmon, tonnata, and onion soup
